1.1 Players are allowed to cancel the entry by contacting Spinart Series 48 hours before the tournament date.

1.2 If the player cancels the entry after the deadline, a fine will be imposed.

1.3 If a tournament is cancelled by Spinart Series due to unforeseen circumstances, affected participants will
be provided an alternative date, or the subscription will be credited back to the account.
